How to relax throat while singing high notes so the larynx wont go up? any exercises?

Sit up straight when you warm up and hold your head level so all notes are easy to sing. Open your throat up wide because if you sing through a nasal cavity or something you will get tired easily. Do simple breathing exercises with the diaphragm. Breathe in four counts, then out four counts. Do the same for three, then two, then one long breath. For other methods, place your hands on your rib cage and count 1, 1, 2, 1, 2, 3...to ten. Float the really high notes (don't push it because that will damage your voice) Continue to do scales Do Re Mi in your range on the piano too. Good luck!

point your head up when you are signing high notes and down when you're singing low notes. it helps to relax your muscles tremendously!
