If I wanted to come up with a singing group in school..?

What could I call us.


it would be about 6 people.


We'll be singing christmas carols and Im trying to make up this group so we can get into the christmas spirit more.

Naming a group can be tough... Everyone has an opinon.





If you're only going to be together for Christmas, then it might be fun to play on some old Christmas carols by pulling your name from them, like "Deck the Halls" or "The Jingle Bells" or something similar. If you're going for something more formal, maybe "Excelsis Deo" or "Holly and Ivy" or something like that.





If you're going to last beyond Christmas, and do more things, then you'll want to look for a more general name.





If it's school-based, is there a mascot or something that you can play off of? Or maybe something to do with your community or local history?





Don't be too quick to pick out a name, because it will stick with you for a long time. Make sure it's something you all like.
