Who sang a song called "Can't fix my dam* Canon I70 printer, bout to bust it up"?

I did, that's who! Where is the lever that releases the print head, what does it look like. I've been trying to pull up on this grey tab that incases the ink but it wont budge!

According to this info I found on this site you can not change the printer heads if you have the sort of printer that does not have them in built to the cartridges, only a technician can do it. Probably cheaper to buy new printer. I Always keep a spare printer in, in case one breaks down.

Edit

The ribbon is the cartridge ribbon that is attached to the printer carriage that the cartridges are in and allows them to move back and fore!
Reply:Since this answer doesn't really answer the question, I'll do it instead.

To release the print head, you actually have to push the print head over to the right a bit, then press down on the button-like piece of plastic *under* the thing that looks like a gray lever at the front of the print head. Report Abuse

Reply:Have you tried going to the Canon website? Or calling their 800 number for support. I am an Epson user myself. I find their site easy to navigate to find info I need. It's another reason I would recommend Epson to anyone.
